I hired Dylan Henderson of SALT to design my home in South Africa back in 2005. He listened to what I wanted, interpreted that, and came back to me with several options. Each concept was fresh and unique. We worked together on tweaking and altering certain parts of the design based on sun, and weather which is a major factor in my area. Dylan always listened to my requests and incorporated them within his design which I found refreshing. There is nothing worse than an egomaniac architect that won't listen to his client.
